Turkey Day is only two days away.  Do you have everything you need?  Or are you having the whole thing catered?  Probably not such a bad idea in NYC based on the amount of kitchen space we all have.  But I would hate to give up the homemade stuffing.  I'm a little fussy about my stuffing.  It has got to be good, no stove top for me!
